What to bring and Where to go

What to bring for registration?
At Oconee Regional Medical Center, we strive to make the registration process as seamless as possible. We have created a guide to help simplify the process. Please remember to bring the following when you register:
    • Current insurance card(s)
    • Physician's order (the prescribed testing that you are having done that day)
    • Social Security card
    • Picture ID
    • Living Will, Advance Directives, Durable Power of Attorney or Critical Conditions (if you have them)

Where to go for registration?
For Same Day Surgery, Gastrointestinal procedures, or Lab work, please go to the Patient Affairs Desk in the center of Park Tower for registration. (The second desk on the left after entering the Main Entrance). All direct admissions also need to report to this area during normal business hours (Monday -Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.)

If you are only having a Radiology procedure, stop by the Radiology Registration Area on the first floor, near the Cobb Tower elevators. Radilogy Registration is open from 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday -Friday. Pre-registration is available on-line, however, you will still be required to check in at the Patient Affairs Desk so that all appropriate signatures can be obtained.
