GEORGIA Living Will and Durable Power of Attorney
Beginning July 1, 2007 a new law took effect and implemented new requirements surrounding Advanced Directives (Living Will and Durable Power of Attorney) for healthcare. Advanced directives signed before July 1, 2007 are still legal. Any advanced directives sign after July 1, 2007 are subject to the new law. Please see the document link above of the new form.
