This service provides people with cardiovascular or pulmonary disease the necessary skills to restore and maintain an optimal level of functioning with regard to physiological, psychological, social, vocational and emotional needs. Patients are assisted and encouraged to become responsible for monitoring their own lifestyles, symptoms, risk factors and recovery.
