Position Description:
The Chef develops, creates, prepares and serves food for patients, and customers while adhering to season menus and ServSafe standards. In the absence of the Executive Chef, coordinates daily operations of the kitchen and staff to ensure safety, efficiency, superior quality and dynamic presentation; collaborates with the Executive Chef to plan and develop recipes and menus.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts required. ServSafe Certification required within six months of hire.
Experience:
Must have a minimum of three years experience as a Chef.
