Inquiries from the Media:
The Community Relations Specialist is the primary contact for the release of all patient information to the media. In her absence, the Director of Planning and Community Services is authorized to serve as a contact for patient information.
The Community Relations Specialist is Jennifer Savage. Her normal hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Her office telephone is 524-1239.
The Director of Planning and Community Services is Jonathan Billings. His normal hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. His office telephone is 524-1044.
Should circumstances occur in which these contacts are unavailable, the Chief Nursing Officer and the Nursing Supervisor on Duty are authorized to serve as contacts for patient information. (In the specific case of birth announcements, the Obstetrical Nursing Staff may serve as contacts.)
