President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Smith was appointed President of Demonstration Hospital, Inc., in April 1994 and is responsible for the administration of the Hospital, In-Home Care Division, and Long-Term Care Division in all activities and departments.
Mr. Smith received his Masters in Business Administration from University Name in City, State, where he completed graduate work using the systems approach in all areas of administration, including human resources, accounting, planning, finance, and organizational structure. He also received his BS degree from College Name in City, State, majoring in Business Administration and Accounting.
His community involvement is extensive and includes the following: Member of the Council Name, the Organization Name, the Any Town County United Way, and the Any Town Rotary.

| | Susan Jones, MHA, CPA
Vice President of Fiscal Affairs
Ms. Jones began her career with Demonstration Hospital in 1990 as the Vice President of Fiscal Affairs. In addition to being Demonstration's Chief Financial officer, Ms. Jones has the responsibility for the Business Office, Medical Records, Information Systems, Admissions/Reception areas, Material Management, and Finance Department, as well as the areas of Plant Operations, Dietary, and Housekeeping. In addition to these responsibilities, Ms. Jones also functions as the Hospital's Compliance Officer in concert with the President's Staff.
Ms. Jones is a graduate of University of State and holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from Name of University.

| | John Public, RN, BSN, MSN
Vice President of Patient Care Services
Mr. Public began his career at Demonstration Hospital in 1988 and he currently serves the organization as Vice-President of Patient Care Services in charge of all Nursing departments, Performance Improvement, Pharmacy, Cardiopulmonary, Central Sterile Services, Radiology, Social Services, Speech Services, and Utilization Review/Discharge Planning.
Mr. Public received his education in nursing from the School Name School of Nursing, City, State; his BSN from University Name, City, State; and MSN from University Name, City, State.

| | Mary Smith, RN, BSN, MS, NHA
Vice President of Long-Term Care Services
Mrs. Smith began her career with Demonstration Hospital in 1979 and she currently serves the organization as Vice President of Long-Term Care Services. Her major responsibilities include overseeing the Personal Care Home, Private Care, and Skilled Nursing Units, including Activities, Volunteer Services, and Social Services relating to Long-Term Care.
Mrs. Smith is a graduate of the School Name School of Nursing, received her Bachelors of Nursing Degree from College Name and her Masters of Healthcare Administration from University Name. She is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

| | Betty Jones
Director of Human Resources
Mrs. Jones began her career with Demonstration Hospital in 1983 and currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources. She is also responsible for the Marketing Department at Demonstration Hospital. She is an active member of the Personnel Association Name.
Mrs. Jones holds a BS in Business Administration from University Name. She is also a graduate of Business School Name.

| | Jane Smith, CPS
Director of Administrative and Medical Staff Affairs
Ms. Smith began her employment at Demonstration Hospital in 1986 and currently holds the position as Director of Administrative and Medical Staff Affairs. Ms. Smith's major responsibilities include credentialing of the Medical Staff, which involves both initial appointment and re-appointment. She functions as the Assistant Secretary and Treasurer of the Medical Staff. She is responsible for compliance with JCAHO Credentialing and Medical Staff Standards, as well as for assuring that the Medical Staff Bylaws are current and up-to-date with these standards. Her other responsibilities include functioning as the Assistant to the President and to the Board of Trustees.
Ms. Smith is a graduate from the College Name in City, State. She has achieved the designated rating of Certified Professional Secretary. She is a member of the Association Name of Association Type and has served that organization as President of the State Name Division, is a member of the Hospital Association of State Name's Healthcare Society of Executive Assistants, and the State Association of Medical Staff Specialists.
